How can you participate?

  1. Contact the Property Owner you know
  2. Ask if they want to Increase Rental Profit and property value by letting a professional property manager supervise their property?
  3. If the Answer is Yes
  4. Take their name and number and give it to me or make an appointment to meet with me.
  5. I offer a referral fee equal to 1/2 month's management fee per each referral.
